Described as “luxurious gold,” the shoe line “takes over the engineered mesh upper and NITRO
SQD FOAM cushioning setup, drawing inspiration from the Pacer’s refined style on and off-the-court. Branding details throughout the model also opt for a golden finish, further differentiating the pair from what’s typically available on the basketball model.”
Earlier in 2024, Haliburton shared in an interview his excitement in partnering with the sports brand, and how he is involved in the creative process of the collaboration.
“Everybody’s been hitting my line,” Haliburton told The Athletic’s James Boyd. “Everybody wants (new PUMAs). Everybody’s excited about the partnership and what we have planned for it because everybody around me knows how much I enjoy the creative process of things.”
The Pacers point guard also went into detail and shared how being involved in the creative process of the collaboration between the brand had been one of the biggest deciding factors that made him sign the multi-year deal.
“My mind, I work so creatively to do so many things, he went on, in the same interview. “That’s why a lot of my friends, my family, and my teammates are so excited to see what we have in store because they know I wouldn’t decide to go with a brand if they didn’t have some creative things in mind.”
