On Sunday afternoon, the Oklahoma City Thunder took on the Denver Nuggets in one of its biggest games of the season. The Western Conference bout was not only between the No. 1 and 2 teams in the conference, but also had implications on a fiery MVP race between Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Nikola Jokic.
Oklahoma City eventually came away with the win, largely behind its own MVP candidate's 40-point game. The final score was 127-103.
