Steph Curry did all he could for the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night, dropping another 30-piece amid what has been a scorching run for the former back-to-back MVP.
Despite another offensive showcase from Curry, however, the Warriors still fell short. They lost a crucial home game against a shorthanded San Antonio Spurs side, 114-111, which saw Golden State fall out of the playoff picture in the West.
The Warriors will now need to win both of their remaining games in order to secure a guaranteed playoff spot in the conference.
Along with his 30 points against San Antonio, Curry also registered eight rebounds, three assists and two steals in 37 minutes of action. The 11-time All-Star also knocked down five triples en route to another major milestone.
Curry surpassed 300 treys on the season on Wednesday night, which is an incredible feat that he has achieved for a sixth time in his illustrious career. The Warriors just had to flex their superstar's latest accomplishment, along with the fact that no other player in history has ever reached this mark more than once.
"Stephen Curry leads the league with 6 seasons of 300+ threes: more than the rest of the NBA COMBINED " the team posted on X.

Not too many folks out there, if any, question Curry's status as the greatest shooter of all time, and this serves as further proof of this notion.
The Warriors will need Curry to keep his foot on the gas, though, as they look to close out the regular season strong. Golden State is hoping for another deep postseason run this year, and there's no denying that it's Curry who's going to be at the forefront.
