Despite his NBA pedigree, Bronny James is getting no special treatment from Lakers veterans—and his dad seems to be enjoying it. During the Lakers' recent victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, a viral moment captured Anthony Davis and LeBron James sharing a laugh at Bronny's expense after Davis apparently made the rookie give up his seat on the bench.

The prank, which showed Bronny quickly standing up after a few words from Davis while both LeBron and AD burst into laughter, is just the latest example of the traditional rookie hazing that even the son of basketball royalty can't escape. In fact, this type of teasing has been a theme for Bronny since he joined the team. Nike even released a campaign showing LeBron pranking his son by filling his car with cereal.

Bronny seems to be taking it all in stride, maintaining a positive attitude. LeBron has frequently described the experience of playing alongside his son as "one of the greatest things a father could ever hope for," but that hasn't stopped him from participating in the time-honored tradition of rookie hazing.

The Lakers, who snapped a three-game losing streak with the win over Portland, now head to Minnesota for a Friday matchup with the Timberwolves before returning home to face the Memphis Grizzlies. They'll then travel north for a back-to-back against the Sacramento Kings, giving fans more opportunities to watch this unprecedented father-son dynamic unfold.
