The Los Angeles Rams are hosting the San Francisco 49ers at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The 49ers came into the game with several key players sidelined. Running back Christian McCaffrey is on injured reserve with Achilles tendinitis, and wide receiver Deebo Samuel suffered a calf strain last week against the Minnesota Vikings.
Additionally, tight end George Kittle was ruled out over the weekend due to a hamstring injury after missing two practices during the week.
Below are the latest in-game injury updates for the 49ers.
Trent Williams was slow to get up after a play late in the first half, but he managed to walk off the field and headed to the locker room. The team later announced that the veteran offensive lineman experienced leg cramping and is questionable to return.

Update: Williams returned in the second half.
