The Philadelphia Eagles had a lot go right last season—finishing 14–3, winning Super Bowl LIX against the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22, and watching wide receiver A.J. Brown deliver another elite campaign. Despite a midseason hamstring injury, Brown racked up 1,079 receiving yards and seven touchdowns across 13 games, earning Second-team All-Pro honors and playing a crucial role in the team’s championship run.
But off the field, Brown found himself dealing with a far different kind of issue this weekend—one that had nothing to do with football.
Early Monday morning, Brown posted a stern message on his X account, claiming someone had stolen his car. Though no official report has surfaced, Brown made his feelings crystal clear.
“Dear Philly— To whoever stole my car last night, I’ll make a deal with you," Brown said. "Bring back my car and I won’t press charges, or when I find you today, it’s going to be what it’s going to be. Take it or leave it my guy.”

To whoever stole my car last night, I’ll make a deal with you….
Bring back my car and I won’t press charges, or when I find you today, it’s going to be what it’s going to be.
Take it or leave it my guy.
The warning instantly gained traction online, with fans reacting to both the situation and Brown’s unapologetic tone.
This isn’t the first time Brown has found himself in a tense moment in the city. Back in the 2023 offseason, he was nearly struck by a car during a charity bike ride for the Eagles Autism Challenge.
The incident, which was caught during a livestream, ended without injury—though Brown later joked the driver might’ve been a Cowboys fan.
Still, his message this time around wasn’t played for laughs. The Eagles star has been praised for both his physical and mental toughness since arriving in Philadelphia from Tennessee. But when it comes to stolen property, Brown made one thing clear: he’s not in the mood to forgive and forget.
