Baltimore Ravens Vs. Los Angeles Chargers Predictions
USA TODAY Sports

The Baltimore Ravens (7-4) head to Los Angeles Monday night to face the Chargers (7-3). The Ravens look for answers after yet another disappointing loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Their previously No. 1 scoring offense will face the league's No. 1 scoring defense. Here's how our writers predict this matchup:

Gregory L. Coleman: Ravens 17 - Chargers 14

The Ravens' best bet is giving King Henry the rock to go at the Chargers' run defense. I think Los Angeles will have a tough time protecting Justin Herbert against Baltimore's pass rush and Lamar Jackson will manage the game well in crunch time.

Prediction Record:

Kyle Alexander: Ravens 21 - Chargers 17

The Ravens seemingly figured out their defense with Kyle Hamilton and Ar’Darius Washington starting at safety, partnered with new cornerback Tre’Davious White fitting in nicely. Los Angeles boasts their own strong defense, but the Ravens offense looks to bounce back after a uncharacteristic performance against the Steelers.

Prediction Record: 5-3

Bryce Parker: Ravens 20 - Chargers 17

This game will be a lot closer than many expect. Its going to be controlled by who can run the ball and who can stop the run. I think offensive coordinator Todd Monken learns from his mistakes last week forgetting about Derrick Henry and actually feeds him the ball.

Prediction Record: 2-3

Jayden Armant: Ravens 24 - Chargers 20

I trust Lamar Jackson and the Ravens offense to bounce back after their underwhelming performance last week. I don't think they'll replicate their typical 30-point performances, but I do believe they'll get it done against Los Angeles to close the gap in the division.

Prediction Record: 3-4
