The Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry believes Alabama quarterback, Jalen Milroe may be the only quarterback who could be faster than the Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson once he enters the National Football League.

The Browns are among several franchises, who have reportedly met with Milroe since the NFL scouting combine and Alabama’s Pro Day. The meeting is not the only time Milroe has been tied with the Browns as of late.

Ken Carman of 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland, Ohio recently reported he was told the Cleveland Browns’ head coach Kevin Stefanski loves what Jalen Milroe can develop into at the next level.

AFC head coach reportedly ‘loves’ Jalen Milroe

Berry discussed Milroe during a recent media availability.

“Jalen, he’s got rare physical talent,” Berry said. “When he gets in the NFL, he may be the only quarterback who’s faster than Lamar (Jackson). Don’t tell Lamar I said that, please.”

Berry then continued to rave about Milroe’s unique dual-threat skillset.

“He’s got rare physical gifts,” Berry said. “He’s strong, he’s fast, he’s got a really strong arm. In any system you build around him, you want to take advantage of the fact that he has things that no other players at the position have.”
