The 18 months of probation can be cut in half if Suggs fulfills the following items: no contact with the victim, 100 hours of community service, completed anger management counseling and no consumption of alcohol. If Suggs would to violate probation, he could face up to two years of prison time according to the judge.
The two-time Super Bowl champion will need permission to leave the state and is forced to give up the weapon used in the incident.
