Whenever you think the Chicago Bears could not seem more chaotic, new information seems to pop out of Halas Hall. On Monday's Waddle & Silvy show, Silvy disclosed that Ryan Poles is frustrated with the new hierarchy within Bears management. He now reports to new Team President Kevin Warren instead of directly to Chairman George McCaskey.
BIG report on Waddle and Silvy today that Ryan Poles is frustrated having to report to Warren and might not have taken the job if he knew about this power dynamic.

Wowza. Keeps getting worse at Halas hall. Not a situation a sought after coach would want to enter. #DaBears pic.twitter.com/WeD3vOsEwU
It is starting to unravel within the organization, and you have to wonder if these media leaks will get worse when people start 'looking out for themselves' as the ship continues to sink. As this spirals, the Bears must wonder what message it sends to potential candidates they want to hire. Current Detroit Lions Offensive Coordinator and leading candidate Ben Johnson recently spoke about how organizational stability was one of the most important things he would look for when searching for his next position.
The Bears have to take a long, hard look in the mirror and ask themselves if that's how they view themselves. Will Poles and the Bears mutually agree to part ways at the end of this season? Will Warren allow Poles to pick the next head coach and finally line up their timelines with quarterback Caleb Williams, something the organization has failed to do since McCaskey took over 11 years ago?
The questions seem to be piling up at Halas Hall, but answers are nowhere to be found.
