The race to Super Bowl LIX kicks off with the NFL's Wild Card Weekend, which starts on Saturday with a matchup against No. 4 seed Houston Texans and No. 5 Los Angeles Chargers at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Before the six games spanning from Saturday to Monday, the "NFL Gameday" crew was asked to predict not only the Super Bowl winner but also the matchup, and Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner's answer was simple.
"I think the Ravens are playing their best football," he said. "Defense is coming along, but I'm saying yeah, the Ravens are going to beat the Lions. Loved the way they [the Lions] played last week against Minnesota, so Ravens over the Lions."

Warner's answer is also possible, as Baltimore and Detroit enter the playoffs on hot streaks. The Ravens won the final four games of the regular season, while the Lions won their last three.
However, the path for Baltimore is a bit harder because, as the No. 3 seed in the playoffs, they must participate in the first round and have a matchup against their AFC North rival, Pittsburgh Steelers.
On the other hand, the Lions secured the No. 1 seed and first-round bye after their Week 18 win over the Minnesota Vikings, and now, they only have to win two games to reach the Super Bowl compared to the Ravens' three.
Warner's Super Bowl prediction should also hold some weight because he's been to three, including a win in Super Bowl 34 as a member of the St. Louis Rams and even won the game's MVP after completing 24-of-45 passes for two touchdowns and zero interceptions.
