The Detroit Lions are dealing with some injuries in the second half against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, as running back David Montgomery and Kalif Raymond are among those impacted.
Raymond was injured during a punt return as he took a massive hit. He was seen being carted off on the sidelines.
The punt returner was originally ruled questionable to return with a foot injury but has since been updated to out by the team.

WR Kalif Raymond (Foot) has been downgraded to Out.
Montgomery appeared to be hurt later in the quarter, as he hauled in a pass from Jared Goff for a tough 14 yards before motioning to the sidelines and jogging over. He was later seen with his shoulder pads off entering the locker room.
The team has announced the running back is questionable to return with a shoulder injury on Sunday.

Montgomery exits after carrying the ball eight times for 37 yards and a touchdown, as well as hauling in three catches for 36 yards on the day.
Raymond returned two punts for 30 yards. He's been replaced by wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown on punt return duties for the rest of the contest in Indianapolis.
Jahmyr Gibbs is handling most of the running back duties going forward against the Indianapolis Colts, rushing for two touchdowns and 57 yards on 14 carries. He also has two catches for 12 yards.
