The NFL is headed to Germany for the first time in 2022, as Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face Drew Lock and the new-look Seattle Seahawks in Munich at 9:30 a.m. ET on Nov. 13. The contest -- one of five international games announced by the league on Wednesday -- will take place at Allianz Arena, home of FC Bayern Munich.

Per ESPN staff writer Michael DiRocco, the Buccaneers have gone 0-3 in their international-tilt history -- with all games being held in London -- falling the New England Patriots in 2009, dropping one against the Chicago Bears in 2011 and losing to the Carolina Panthers in 2019. The Seahawks have won both of their games abroad, first defeating the Buffalo Bills in Toronto in 2012 and then handling the Raiders in London in 2018.
The NFL announced in February that it will play four games in Germany over the next four seasons, two in Munich and two in Frankfurt.
There will also be three NFL games taking place in London in 2022, all happening in October.

The final contest on the 2022 NFL international slate will pit two NFC West teams against each other in the Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers. That game will take place on Nov. 21 at Estadio Azteca in Mexico.
