NFL futures: Parlay these teams to make the playoffs

If you feel confident in your abilities to predict how this NFL season will unfold, FanDuel allows you to parlay teams to make the playoffs. That sure seems like an exercise worth doing as we inch closer to the halfway point of July.

The odds are better than you'd think, and you could easily create a few two-leg bankroll builder type parlays on teams you like to make a run. For this, we're going with four legs.

+450 parlay backing four teams to make the playoffs

First team: Cincinnati Bengals (-235)

Expect Joe Burrow to quickly remind everyone just how great he is after an injury-filled season forced him out of action and kept the Bengals out of the playoffs.

Cincinnati is in a tough division, but iron sharpens iron, and they should be among the last few standing in the AFC come January.

Second team: Houston Texans (-196)

There's no better cheat code right now in the NFL than hitting gold on a quarterback while he's still on his rookie contract. The QB contracts are getting outrageous, but Houston needs not worry about paying C.J. Stroud for three more seasons. As such, they're able to divert resources to the rest of the roster, and it's clear this Texans front office is going all-in while they have Stroud on his rookie deal.

Houston made the playoffs last year and won a playoff game, expect another run in 2024-25.

Third team: Buffalo Bills (-170)

We stand by the fact that the Jets are getting a bit too much respect in the AFC East, the same price as the Bills to make the playoffs. Yes, Buffalo lost some key WRs, but Josh Allen is arguably the second-best QB in the NFL, and we expect him to solidify that case with a big season ahead.

Fourth team: Green Bay Packers (-164)

We finally turn to the NFC in what is considered a far more open conference, and Green Bay's price is worth grabbing for a parlay of this nature.

Jordan Love delivered as the Aaron Rodgers replacement, and the Packers have one of the youngest offenses in the NFL. That has allowed them to invest in the defense, building up one of the most balanced rosters in the league.

Fresh off a big playoff win, expect another strong season from Green Bay culminating in a postseason spot.
