Week 12 of the NFL season had its share of drama, including another head coach being fired mid-season, the Pittsburgh Steelers finally outgaining an opponent and a big upset on Thanksgiving day.
We hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving as much as we did!

Follow all the NFL's trends throughout the season with us here at A to Z Sports. Each week, we will release an updated NFL power rankings based on the most recent performances by each NFL team. If you missed Week 12's power rankings, click here.
1. Philadelphia Eagles (10-1) ↔️
The Eagles looked on the verge of falling to 9-2, but kicker Jake Elliot drilled an incredible 59-yarder in the rain to force overtime. Where Jalen Hurts and the Eagles offense would finish the job and pull out a 37-34 win over the Buffalo Bills. And now the Eagles find themselves two games ahead of the pack as the top seed in the NFC.
2. Kanas City Chiefs (8-3) ↔️
The Chiefs may have started slowly in Week 12, but they finished strong and left with a 31-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. With a lack of offensive weapons outside of Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs offense have had struggles throughout the season. But they have found a way to win games and currently are the number two seed in the AFC, only behind the 9-3 Baltimore Ravens.
3. San Francisco 49ers (8-3) ↔️
I think it's safe to say the 49ers are all the way back to the dominant team we saw at the start of the season. They've responded to their three-game losing streak with a three-game winning streak. And they've done so in dominating fashion, outscoring opponents the past three weeks 92 to 30. This week, with a 31-13 win over the Seattle Seahawks to retake the top spot in the NFC West.

4. Dallas Cowboys (8-3) ↔️
The Cowboys week would have been perfect if the Bills could have held on to upset the Eagles to pull them a game closer in the NFC East. Instead, they remain two games back, but they handled their own business against the Washington Commanders with their 45-10 win on Thanksgiving. And before you keep scrolling, it may be time to say Dak Prescott is one of the front runners for the MVP this season.
5. Baltimore Ravens (9-3) ↔️
The Ravens have won two straight after their disappointing loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 10. This week, they defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 20-10 to improve to 9-3 on the season and remain the top seed in the AFC. Every game matters for the Ravens as their remaining schedule is among the toughest in the NFL, with remaining games against the Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
6. Miami Dolphins (8-3) 1
7. Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3) 1
8. Detroit Lions (8-3) 2
9. Buffalo Bills (6-6) ↔️
The Bills were so close to knocking off the Eagles in Week 12 that it took a 59-yard field goal in the rain to force overtime, where they would eventually fall 37-34. They now enter their bye week 6-6 and outside the AFC playoff picture as the 10th seed. On a positive note, their offense looks rejuvenated over the past two weeks. They will need to continue as their road to the playoffs won't be easy with remaining matchups with the Chiefs, Cowboys, and Dolphins.
10. Houston Texans (6-5) ↔️
11. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-4) 2
12. Denver Broncos (6-5) 4
The Broncos are red-hot and extended their win streak to five with their 29-12 win over the Cleveland Browns. They have improved to the ninth seed in the AFC and hold the same record as the Indianapolis Colts, who are currently slotted in the last AFC playoff spot. It's been quite the rebound season for Russel Wilson, who has already surpassed the 16 touchdowns he had last year by throwing for 20 this season and only four interceptions.

13. Seattle Seahawks (6-5) 2
14. Los Angeles Rams (5-6) ↔️
15. Indianapolis Colts (6-5) 1
16. Cleveland Browns (7-5) 4
17. Green Bay Packers (5-6) 1
Jordan Love may not have gotten to enjoy Turkey after his Thanksgiving day win over the Lions, but he for sure feasted on their defense, leading to a 29-22 win. Love completed 22 of his 32 pass attempts for 268 yards and three touchdowns on the day. The Packers have won three of their last four and two in a row to improve to 5-6. And currently, they are the first team out of the NFC playoff picture as the eighth seed, a half-game behind the Vikings.
18. New Orleans Saints (5-6) 3
19. Atlanta Falcons (5-6) 10
20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-6) 1
21. Los Angeles Chargers (4-7) 1
22. Cincinnati Bengals (5-6) 3
23. Washington Commanders (4-8) 1
24. Tennessee Titans (4-7) 2
The Titans had to have a win in Week 12 as their season was teetering towards going downhill. They pulled out a 17-10 win over the Carolina Panthers to improve to 4-7, which, while it looks bleak, is only two games behind the Colts as the final wildcard team. They will have the chance to split the season series with the Colts who they host this week. If the Titans want any chance of getting back in the playoff race, a win over the Colts is a must.
25. Minnesota Vikings (6-6) 1
26. Chicago Bears (4-8) 1
Dont look now, but the Bears are playing some solid football on both sides of the ball. They are a late collapse in Week 11 vs. the Lions away from being on a three-game winning streak, and now they are 4-8 entering their bye week. They will have the opportunity to right their Week 11 loss to the Lions after their bye as they host the Lions for their Week 14 matchup.

27. Las Vegas Raiders (5-7) 2
28. New York Jets (4-7) 5
29. New York Giants (4-8) 1
30. Arizona Cardinals (2-10) 1
31. New England Patriots (2-9) ↔️
32. Carolina Panthers (1-10) ↔️
The Panthers have the worst record in the NFL after the first 12 weeks, and it led to the second head coach being fired mid-season of the year as they officially let Frank Reich go. With their first-round pick going to the Bears, the Panthers must figure out how to stack wins down the stretch. They will now hope their team will rally behind an interim head coach for the 2nd straight year.
