Pat McAfee has a loaded show on Thursday for the "Pat McAfee Show."
He will start the show at Noon ET and will have NBA Commissioner Adam Silver on at 12:15 p.m. ET. He'll get to talk to Silver about the state of the league since the playoffs are about to start.
After that, McAfee will have a special guest called the "Notable Newsmaker" on at 1:10 p.m. ET. McAfee didn't specify who it was, but fans think it could be Aaron Rodgers since he could announce his decision on the 2025 season.
"Rodgers has gotta be the 1:10 slot, right? Is he about to make his long-awaited decision!?" one fan tweeted.
"Hello, Steelers nation…." another tweet read.
"Aaron Rodgers watch is on!" another tweet read.
"Gotta be Rodgers," another tweet read.
Rodgers would make sense since he has been a frequent guest on McAfee's show these last few years. He has been taking his time with a decision for the 2025 season, but it could come today if he is the special guest that McAfee is hinting at.
He has been linked to the Pittsburgh Steelers throughout free agency. He has even visited the facility and got to spend time with head coach Mike Tomlin, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, and the entire front office.
Rodgers spent the last two seasons with the New York Jets but was cut by them when free agency started in March. His tenure didn't go like he hoped it would, and the Jets moved on to Justin Fields.
Rodgers finished the 2024 season with 3,897 yards through the air, 28 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. We'll see if he is McAfee's special guest once 1:10 p.m. ET rolls around.
