If there was one that could be named the busiest team at the start of free agency, that team would be the New England Patriots.
In the two days of the legal tampering process and the first day of the new league year, the Patriots reportedly spent $260 million of their salary cap space. They made more in the next few days at key positions, including the offensive line.
While there are some big additions at the line, there is still a lot to be done before second-year quarterback Drake Maye is to feel secure in the pocket.
The Patriots have a big decision with the No. 4 pick, where they could get the best non-quarterback available or select the left tackle they prefer.
Even if they select a franchise left tackle in the first round, they need to address the interior offensive line. They can easily accomplish this in the second round with the No. 38 pick.
They can find a reliable guard in the second round from Arizona, offensive tackle Jonah Savaiinaea. He is one of the more efficient blockers heading into the draft, but he might prefer to play guard at the next level.

Chat Sport's Harrison Graham asked Arizona Savaiinaea if he prefers to play offensive tackle or guard in the NFL. He talked about the reason why he might prefer guard.
"I've been asked a lot of that question but you know I can play tackle at the next level I feel like home for me is I want to put hands on guys right now and control them, using my hands and punch so I'll probably move inside and try guard. At the end of the day, I want to play guard."
The Patriots need a lot of help at the offensive line. New England ranked last in passing offense, mostly due to poor pass protection. The offensive line allowed 52 sacks, tied for fifth-most in the league.
Whether it's for a starting guard or in fill-in for injuries at four of the five positions of the offensive line, Savaiinaea could be a great pick for the Patriots.
