Free agency begins March 15 at 4 p.m. ET.
Positional needs for Baltimore Ravens: WR, CB, DE
The Ravens' absolute top priority is locking up QB Lamar Jackson. If Baltimore does, it must make splash moves to give Jackson weapons in the passing game, which ranked 27th in 2022, ahead of only the Panthers, Titans, Falcons and Bears.
Smith-Schuster, only 26, will be heading into his seventh season. After signing a one-year, $3.76 million deal with the Chiefs last offseason, the former Steeler had 78 catches for 933 yards and three touchdowns.
In 2021 and 2022, Pittsburgh's 2017 second-round pick slipped through the fingers of the Ravens in free agency.
Here’s the interesting part on Steelers’ WR JuJu Smith-Schuster’s one-year deal with Pittsburgh: the Ravens made a hard push to sign him and he wound up taking significantly less money to go back to the Steelers, per sources.

Pro Football Focus ranks Smith-Schuster as the No. 33 free agent in 2023, writing he's "tough over the middle of the field" and is "one of the better options with a high floor."
Smith-Schuster's market value is a four-year, $58.67 million contract, per Spotrac.
If the Ravens don't re-sign impending free-agent CB Marcus Peters, Bradberry would pair nicely with CB Marlon Humphrey. Bradberry, on the back end of his career, had three interceptions, 17 passes defensed and one touchdown in 2022.
The 29-year-old is the 16th-ranked free agent by PFF, which wrote he's "best as a No. 2" CB.
Bradberry's market value is a three-year, $51.58 million deal, per Spotrac.
Davenport is coming off the worst statistical season of his career, so he probably could be signed without shocking the Ravens' salary cap. The former first-round pick could slide into the spot filled by 36-year-old DE Calais Campbell if he retires.
We should start considering some options for DE/iDL on free agency and draft as well. Calais Campbell future is uncertain, and if he decides to retire, Ravens will have back $7M in cap space. Marcus Davenport is an interesting choice after a down year. Good names for day two too.

The 26-year old dealt with injuries this season, but PFF still ranks Davenport as the No. 22 free agent of 2023, writing that his he is a "remarkably effective pass rusher off the edge when healthy" and that his "talent alone could be worth the gamble."
