The Kansas City Chiefs were without Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and some of their starters on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. However, that doesn't mean the game was any less exciting.
In fact, as the highly motivated Broncos dominated the first half, they were also able to pull off some amazing plays. One of which was their touchdown midway through the second quarter that had fans buzzing.
At 1st-and-goal from the three-yard line, Nix and the Broncos had the perfect opportunity to score and add to their 14-0 lead. After Nix scrambled and surveyed the field, he quickly sent the ball flying to tight end Adam Trautman in the end zone.
However, Trautman was unable to catch the pass due to the Chiefs' coverage on him. Fortunately, the ball was tipped not once or twice but three times, paving the way for Devaughn Vele to catch it for the score.
It was a wild and utterly ridiculous play, but in the end, the Broncos scored and that's all that matters.
This TD was wild.

Sure enough, fans were impressed by the finish and took it to the comment section to heap praise on the Broncos.
"Catch of the year. Definitely. Focus on that ball, always," a fan wrote. Another one said, "What a catch! Tip drill! Go Broncos!"
A couple of other supporters added, "What a play" and "What a catch!" to express their excitement.
"OH, I’M SAVING THIS!!!!!" a fifth commenter wrote.
The Broncos needed every score they could get, as they entered the game needing a win to make the playoffs. Sure enough, that showed as they played with so much inspiration.
