The Tennessee Titans put together an excellent class in their first NFL Draft under new general manager Mike Borgonzi. The first overall pick netted them a franchise quarterback in Miami's Cam Ward, and the team built around him with several young pass-catchers at the beginning of Day 3.
Borgonzi also bolstered the trenches on both sides of the ball and added a few exciting defensive backs throughout the draft as well. All of a sudden, a team that won just three games last season has an incredibly positive outlook in 2025, and their ceiling will largely be dictated by how the rookie class performs.
When the draft was over, the team began aggressively targeting players who had gone undrafted. This process is always a free-for-all, but the Titans were able to sign Miami wide receiver Xavier Restrepo so that Ward has a familiar target.
Tennessee also made a major commitment to an undrafted free agent, giving them $245,000 in guarantees. This player was Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson, who signed with the Titans on Saturday evening, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
While the Titans have invested heavily in the offensive line in recent drafts and signed a slew of strong free agents as well, they felt that Crenshaw-Dickson was worth the commitment. He may have an uphill battle to earn playing time early in his career, but this amount of guaranteed money may indicate that he has a great chance of making the roster.
