Travis Kelce Likes Being Taylor Swift's 'Plus One'

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce rarely takes himself seriously, and his relationship with Grammy winner Taylor Swift has seen his public profile, which was already big, skyrocket since the pair started dating.

Like any relationship, it has had its ups and downs with a lot of negativity coming the way of Travis and Taylor but they have taken it in their stride, stepped away from the public eye and are now reportedly doing better than ever.

And as it turns out, Kelce likes having a little fun at his own expense, too.

On the latest addition of the Calm Down podcast, which has NFL reporters Charissa Thompson and Erin Andrews as the hosts, the duo also had their partners on the show and called them "Plus Ones" in a small preview on the show's Instagram page.

Travis saw this and posted: "Shoutout to The Plus Ones!!! "

The "plus one" reference is a little light-hearted phrase with the second person in the relationship considered a little less important than the first.

Which is why Kelce's post puts him as Swift's plus one, given her stats as one of the best musicians on the planet.

It is a light-hearted take from the Chiefs tight end and we imagine that Taylor is just find with Kelce as her plus one.

With the pair not seen out in public as much since the Super Bowl, many are wondering when their next appearance will be, but one thing is for sure: when Swift steps out into public, she'll have her "plus one" in Kelce by her side.
