There's a lot of momentum that the Tennessee Titans will hold onto the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and use it to select Miami quarterback Cam Ward. Considering Ward spent five years in college, he's likely going to be a Week 1 starter.
That's bad news for Will Levis as he may not get another chance to start for the Titans again. He was benched for poor play during the 2024 season but his upside is still intriguing. There has been recent chatter about the team trading the former second-round pick but they may not actually be shopping the quarterback.
Titan Insider's Terry McCormick gave an update on Levis' status.
"I'm told that the Titans are not currently or actively shopping Will Levis," McCormick wrote on X. "If some sort of move were to happen, it would make sense that it would come during the draft."
It sounds like a Levis trade is still possible but the Titans aren't pushing too hard for it. As a second-round pick, he only has a $2.6 million salary cap hit this season. He also likely doesn't have much value on the trade market.
Tennessee likely wouldn't be looking at anything more than a fourth-round pick in return for Levis.
