NFL schedule insights: Most prime-time games, toughest slates, most travel

The NFL released its complete schedule for the 2024 season on Wednesday. Here is a breakdown of which teams have the most and fewest prime-time games, the easiest and hardest strength of schedule and the lightest and most daunting travel schedules.

Number of prime-time games

  • Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers: six
  • Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles: five
  • Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: four
  • Chicago Bears, Los Angeles Chargers, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants: three
  • Denver Broncos, Jacksonville Jaguars, Las Vegas Raiders, Minnesota Vikings, Washington Commanders: two
  • Arizona Cardinals, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots, Tennessee Titans: one
  • Carolina Panthers: zero
