After selecting Miami quarterback Cam Ward with the first overall pick on Thursday night, they showed their commitment towards finding pass-catchers for their new franchise quarterback to utilize early on Day 3 of the NFL Draft.
The Titans used three fourth-round selections to add Florida wide receiver Chimere Dike, Texas tight end Gunnar Helm and Stanford wide receiver Elic Ayomanor.
Dike spent four seasons at Wisconsin from 2020-2023 before transferring to Florida, where he was second on the team in receiving with 783 yards in 2024.
He will provide the Titans with a speed threat who produces best out of the slot, as Dike showcased his wheels with a 4.34 40-yard dash at the combine in February.

The Titans made Helm the seventh tight end to come off the board, selecting him at 120th overall.
Helm emerged as a key weapon for Longhorns in the 2024 season where he hauled in 786 receiving yards, which was sixth amongst tight ends.
There are question marks about Helm's abilities as a blocker, but what he offers as a receiver is intriguing most of which his ability to create yardage after the catch.

Ayomanor who the Titans traded up to select with the 136th overall pick lead Stanford in receiving yards in back-to-back seasons with 1,022 in 2023 and 831 in 2024.
At 6-foot-2, 210 pounds utilizes his big frame well in contested catch situations to make plays. He also moves very well for a receiver at his size.
Ayomanor can hang his hat on being one of the only players to find success against now division rival Travis Hunter in college. In a Friday night showdown in October went for 294 yards and three touchdowns against Colorado, including a spectacular game-tying touchdown catch on Hunter in overtime.

There are still question marks about the supporting cast the Titans will be able to provide for Ward in Year 1, but they are headed in the right direction with these additions, along with signing Tyler Lockett on Wednesday.
