Coppa Italia line-ups: Roma vs. Cremonese

Roma look to Romelu Lukaku and Andrea Belotti in the Coppa Italia against giant-killers Cremonese, as the winners go through to face Lazio in the quarter-finals.

It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 20.00 GMT.

The Round of 16 tie will be decided tonight after 90 minutes, extra time or even penalties if necessary.

Jose Mourinho has the usual injury problems to deal with, missing Chris Smalling, Houssem Aouar, Tammy Abraham and Marash Kumbulla, which Evan Ndicka has already left for Africa Cup of Nations duty.

Gianluca Mancini finally gets some rest along with Paulo Dybala, so Belotti partners Lukaku upfront with Stephan El Shaarawy on the left.

Cremonese are the only remaining Serie B side in the Coppa Italia final 16, having already eliminated Crotone and Cittadella, both going to extra time.

However, they knocked Roma out of the Coppa Italia quarter-final last season, winning 2-1 at the Olimpico to set up their first ever semi-final appearance.

They also beat Roma again in Serie A last season, both those games taking place in February 2023.

Cristian Buonaiuto, Emanuele Valeri, Alessio Brambilla and Mouhamadou Sarr are out injured, while Charles Pickel is at the Africa Cup of Nations.

David Okereke therefore leads the attack and Frank Tsadjout returns from injury.

The Grigiorossi are challenging for promotion, currently fifth in Serie B, only three points off Venezia and Como in second.
