Destiny 2: Shadow Price God Roll Guide

Shadow Price is a Precision Frame Auto Rifle that has Arc affinity. Being an Arc weapon, it synergizes well with the Arc subclass across Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans. Precision Frame Auto Rifles are also quite well received in both PvE and PvP sandbox. This weapon also comes with higher stats than average due to it being a nightfall weapon.

Shadow Price comes with 12 perk options. In the left column, this weapon has the perk options of Invisible Hand, Attrition Orbs, Strategist, Stats for All, Overflow, and Surplus. In the right column, the perk options are Permeability, Surrounded, Gutshot Straight, Demolitionist, Voltshot, and One for All.

PvE God Roll

For PvE, players want to boost the Reload Speed of Shadow Price. Players can achieve this by using Corkscrew Rifling as the Barrel perk, Flared Magwell as the Magazine option, and a Reload Speed Masterwork. In the left column, there are two perks that players should consider. Stats for All is a great perk that grants a boost to Reload Speed, Range, Stability, and Handling when hitting three enemies in quick succession.

Another left-column perk is Strategist. It allows the kills with the weapons to generate Class ability energy. Therefore, it is up to players whether they want to go the route of ability generation or more stats. In the right column, the best perk option is Voltshot. It not only allows synergy with the Arc subclass but also allows the weapon to have good damage and crowd-control options.

PvP God Roll

For PvP, players want to boost the Range of Shadow Price as it greatly affects the damage falloff of Auto Rifles. Players can go with Smallbore as the Barrel perk, Accurized Rounds as the Magazine option, and a Range Masterwork. In the left column, Surplus is the only viable option. It allows the weapon to gain a boost to its stat for every charged ability they have.

In the right column, the only perk that makes sense is Gutshot Straight. It increases the body shot damage of the weapon, but it comes at the cost of target acquisition. Shadow Price is much more of a PvE weapon, and the lack of good PvP perks makes it fall behind in The Crucible sandbox.
