Pokémon Go Timeless Travels: all Special Research tasks

While the Pokémon Go Timeless Travels Season began at the start of December, a seasonal Special Research has started on December 11, 2023, at 10am local time. It will last until March 1, 2024, at 10am local time, so it’s going to be quite an extensive quest with some of the usual time gates to drag things out. However, some good resources and items look to be on the line, so it’s definitely worth checking out.

You'll obtain this series of quests automatically upon logging into the game.

Here are all Pokémon Go Timeless Travels Special Research tasks and rewards.

Pokémon Go Timeless Travels: all Special Research tasks

Remember: You have until March 1, 2024, at 10am local time to complete this research, though you should not wait until the last minute to get going. Some of the tasks require you to do things on several different days, so you’ve got to plan for that. Better start early!

Step 1/14

Catch 25 Pokémon: Charged TM x3
Catch 15 different species of Pokémon: Fast TM x3
Make 15 Curveball Throws: Poké Ball x15
Complete all tasks in this step: XP x1,000, Stardust x500, Pikachu

Step 2/14

Catch a Pokémon on 7 different days: XP x2,500
Earn a Heart with your Buddy in 7 different days: Stardust x2,500
Spin PokéStops on 7 different days: XP x2,500
Complete all tasks in this step: XP x2,000, Stardust x500, Poffin x1

Step 3/14

We’ll update this article with information on the next step once this is available, which will be on Monday, December 18, 2023, since that’s the earliest possible date at which the tasks from Step 2 can be completed.

In the meantime, be sure to work on the Pokémon Go Adamant Time tasks.
