If you have heard about or played games in the battle royale genre, you will have a foundation of knowledge on the extraction shooter genre. Instead of being the last survivor in battle, your goal is to make a hasty escape from the map you’re playing in through an extraction point. Do not expect a walk in the park, as others are seeking to reach the escape point just like you are.
