Five takeaways from WrestleMania 41: Lucky No. 17

The 41st edition of WWE's WrestleMania has officially come to a conclusion, and it was certainly one to discuss. In what felt like an unusually quiet and non-enthusiastic buildup to the show, the two nights of action told two different stories.

There were bright spots as well as extremely dull spots throughout the two nights, and with that said, here are five takeaways from WrestleMania 41.

Night 2 was much better than Night 1

If 100 fans who were in attendance for both nights were polled on which night was better, the overwhelming majority would select Night 2.

From the opening triple threat match between Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair and Iyo Sky all the way to the singles match between Logan Paul and AJ Styles, the momentum and energy of Night Two heavily outweighed that of Night One.

The energy in the crowd was much better as well as the quality of the matches. The performers of Night 2 should be given well-earned recognition for their performances.

Women's Triple Threat stole the show

Speaking of the women's triple threat match, it was certainly the best match of Night 2 and could be put in the conversation for the best match over the course of both nights.

Ripley, Belair and Sky put on an instant classic that will forever be considered one of the best women's matches in WWE history.

From start to finish, the action was nonstop, and all three women should be extremely proud of the performance they put on to kick off the action on Sunday.

Seth Rollins is the perfect Paul Heyman guy

In a shocking twist and ending to Night One, Seth Rollins aligned himself with one of the greatest managers of all time, Paul Heyman.

Heyman turned on not one, but two of his former protégées to align with Rollins and it is actually the two together is actually a perfect fit.

Rollins has suffered more than any superstar over the last year, and he has now been rewarded with a great manager in Heyman and has once again turned from a baby face to a heel, a character in which he's done some of the best work of his professional wrestling career.
