Jade Cargill Defeats Naomi at Wrestlemania 41 Night 1

Jade Cargill vs. Naomi is one of the matches on the Wrestlemania 41 Night 1 card that had months of build into it and Jade Cargill was able to wind up being victorious in her singles debut at The Grandest Stage of Them All. The match was shorter than the first two matches of the night but Cargill was able to hit the Jaded and get the pin. This seemed to be the weakest match on the card so far, but that is not taking away from anything that happened in the ring. Let’s take a closer look at what this means for both Naomi and Cargill going forward after their Wrestlemania clash.

Jade Cargill wins at Wrestlemania

Jade Cargill was able to look dominant at Wrestlemania 41 , but the match was not as good as people were expecting. Cargill looked like a powerhouse for the majority of the match but it just was not able to get to that next level. In terms of what is next for Cargill, a match with the winner of the Tiffany Stratton vs. Charlotte Flair match on Night 2 of Wrestlemania could be in the cards.

The question for Naomi is a more intriguing one as she has been unable to get much going since re-signing with WWE more than a year ago. One potential new matchup could be going after Chelsea Green and the WWE Women’s United States Championship. However, Naomi would need to win some matches first before getting a shot at the title after losing on Saturday. There are a few different options for these women and hopefully WWE creative has some ideas of what to do next with these two.
