With just two weeks until WrestleMania 41, the planned match card for each night of WWE’s biggest event of the year appears to be taking shape. According to @WrestleVotes, the current lineup for both nights has been internally set, though, as always, last-minute changes remain possible.
The first night of WrestleMania is reportedly set to feature one of the most anticipated triple-threat matches in WWE history, with CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins clashing in what could be the main event. Punk getting to close one of the nights was already confirmed by WWE. It appears the company has chosen Night 1.
Additionally, Gunther, the current World Champion, is set to battle Jey Uso. Uso won the Royal Rumble, but it never looked to be in the cards that he would main-event one of the nights.
Kevin Owens is also slated to face Randy Orton. The women’s division will see Charlotte Flair take on Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women's Championship, and there are more matches to be announced.
Night 2 will reportedly be headlined by John Cena taking on Cody Rhodes. With Cena returning for what will be his final WrestleMania singles match, this bout carries significant weight, particularly as Cena has turned heel and promises to take Cody's championship and retire with it. Could WWE be setting up a heel closing the show on a sour note? That's rare for WrestleManias, but there is an opportunity for a huge swerve.
Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, and IYO SKY are scheduled to battle in a high-profile triple-threat match for the Women's World Title. Sky has been overlooked as champion, with Belair and Ripley busy hating on each other.
Meanwhile, AJ Styles is set to take on Logan Paul in a match that was just recently confirmed.
Drew McIntyre vs. Damien Priest, a bout for the Intercontinental Championship, the United States Championship, and the Women's mid-card titles, has not been announced yet.
While WWE appears to have locked in the big matchups for both nights of WrestleMania, plans are always subject to change.
