The Arizona Diamondbacks are set to honor and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and its allies during their seventh annual Pride Night at the ballpark, scheduled for Friday, June 14. Beginning at 4:30 p.m., fans can expect a fun evening filled with festivities leading up to the 6:40 p.m. first pitch as the Diamondbacks take on the Chicago White Sox.

“Diversity and inclusiveness are fundamental to the spirit of baseball,” remarked Derrick Hall, President, CEO & General Partner of the D-backs. “We take pride in fostering a sense of community where everyone feels accepted and welcomed.”

Getting the party started at Chase Field, Phoenix Mercury stars Brittney Griner, Kahleah Copper, and Natasha Cloud will be throwing out the ceremonial first pitches.

Then, Gary Delin of the Phoenix Gay Men’s Chorus will sing the National Anthem. Throughout the concourse and in La Terraza, Phoenix Pride DJ Frietz will set the tone with upbeat music, complemented by activities such as face painting, yard games, and refreshments including a specially crafted Pride cocktail by Levy.

Fans can enhance their experience by purchasing the exclusive D-backs Pride ticket package available at dbacks.com/pride. This package includes a D-backs Pride reversible bucket hat and the opportunity to participate in the pregame Rainbow Walk around the outfield.
