The Los Angeles Dodgers announced a variety of new Dodger Stadium food options for the 2025 season, including a pastrami burger, chicken katsu club sandwich, updated home run platter, hand-crafted shakes, s’mores nachos, Latin BBQ plater and much more.
Dodger Stadium food has continued to evolve and expand over the years, both through new partnerships and limited-time offerings. For the 2025 season, Dodger Stadium executive chef Christine Gerriets has again crafted plenty of fusion items and some returning food options that have been popular among fans.
Also new at Dodger Stadium this season are Archer Meat snacks, which can be found at various concession stands; and Fresh Brothers Pizza is now located at Field section 28, Loge section 130 and Reserve section 3.
Nikaido Shochu, the official shochu of the Dodgers, can be found at various concession locations, including the Home Plate Bar, Gold Glove Bar and Stadium Club. Surfside stands that offer the brand’s ready-to-drink hard lemonade and hard iced tea are located at Field 5 and 7.
Chicken Katsu Club: crispy chicken katsu served on Texas toast with kewpie mayo, avocado spread, arugula, applewood bacon and tomatoes
Home Run Platter (updated): teriyaki chicken with steamed rice, blistered shishito peppers, veggie dumplings, crispy spring rolls served with sweet chili sauce
Pastrami Burger: beef patty topped with thinly sliced pastrami, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard served on a potato bun
Fresh Funnel Cakes: served with chocolate syrup, powdered sugar and whipped cream
Hand Crafted Shakes: offered in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla
Popping Boba: seasonal rotation of beverages featuring blue raspberry popping boba
S’mores Nachos: cinnamon sugar dusted tortilla chips, chocolate cream sauce, marshmallow fluff, mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs
Traditional Boba Sundae: vanilla soft serve topped with brown sugar tapioca boba
Latin BBQ Platter: shareable platter with al pastor pork ribs, pulled pork, chorizo links, esquite, chipotle cornbread, habanero baked beans, pineapple salsa and spicy coleslaw
The Slugger: specially crafted for Dodgers Stadium, a 16-inch jalapeno cheddar sausage topped with white cheese sauce, corn relish, cilantro crema, tortilla strips and served with crispy French fries (also available at Fan Fare at Reserve 31)
Loaded BBQ Baked Potato: colossal potato topped with smoked brisket, mac and cheese, BBQ sauce, red peppers, fried onions, scallions and clarified butter (also available at King’s Hawaiian at Reserve 32)
Popping Boba Dole Whip: pineapple dole whip topped with mango flavored popping boba (also available at Elysian Park Grill at Top Deck 4)
Korean Fried Chicken Bowl: crispy Korean Fried Chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce served over jasmine rice topped with kimchi and furikake
Sweet Cheese Quesadilla Sundae: Salvadoran sweet cheese quesadilla served with soft serve and chocolate syrup
Dill Pickle Tots: tater tots tossed in dill pickle seasoning and served with ranch dressing
Pho Brisket Dip Sandwich: sliced brisket served on rye bread with garlic mustard aioli, Thai basil, cilantro, scallions, pickled red onions and pho broth for dipping
Shucos: bacon-wrapped all beef dog, avocado mash, ketchup, mustard, mayo, sauerkraut
Takoyaki Dashi: battered octopus fritters, kewpie mayo, Takoyaki Dashi sauce, bonito flakes, tempura crisps, fish powder and scallions
