Pirates’ minor league affiliates couldn’t pull off any wins on Saturday night, with each of the three teams that played losing tough one score decisions.

Triple-A Indianapolis saw their game postponed due to inclement weather for the second consecutive night: they’ll make up Friday’s game as part of a Sunday doubleheader, meaning that Saturday’s game has been postponed to an undetermined date.

The Altoona Curve fell 5-4 to the Akron Rubber Ducks, surrendering the game-winning RBI single in the top of the ninth inning. High-A Greensboro lost 6-5 despite a three-run homer from Charles McAdoo, who continues to tear it up at the plate.

The Bradenton Marauders fell 3-2 after a tenth inning walk-off despite an excellent start from left-hander Michael Kennedy.
