Senators place Cole Reinhardt on waivers; Blues’ Sylvegard and Utah’s Kelemen on unconditional waivers

A little bit of business on the waiver wire on Tuesday. The Ottawa Senators placed forward Cole Reinhardt on waivers. The St. Louis Blues and Utah Hockey Club put Marcus Sylvegard and Milos Kelemen, respectively, on unconditional waivers for the purposes of contract termination.
