After a five-month absence, Yuka Sakazaki is returning to the ring. AEW has announced that Sakazaki will return on this Saturday’s Collision, facing off against Serena Deeb.
Rhio has suffered an injury. On Sunday, the AEW star revealed on Instagram that she had fractured her arm. She wrestled one day prior on Saturday’s AEW Collision, defeating Lady Frost.
Riho is back. After quickly defeating her opponent on Collision, Serena Deeb issued a challenge to the AEW locker room, asking anyone on her level to challenge her. Riho came out and the two had a staredown.
Mina Shirakawa will be in action against Serena Deeb on the Friday, June 7 AEW Rampage episode. AEW announced the match for Friday’s episode during Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite.
Three new matches are set for the three-hour AEW Collision & Rampage block on Saturday, May 18. As revealed during Wednesday’s Dynamite show, top contender to the Women’s World title Serena Deeb will be in action on Saturday against Anna Jay.
Serena Deeb is returning to AEW. During the Worlds End Zero Hour event, a vignette aired showing Serena Deeb escaping from a straightjacket. She said she has been away training and refuses any shackles being put on her.
Serena Deeb is ready to return to the ring. In an Instagram video posted on Thursday, Deeb revealed that her long absence from AEW programming was due to a series of unprovoked seizures that began in October 2022.
