HOUSTON - The Cleveland Browns claimed James "The Problem" Houston IV after clearing waivers. Detroit Lions released Houston on Tuesday, Nov. 26. after nearly three seasons.    Houston had a breakout rookie season with the Detroit Lions in the National Football League.

Linebacker James Houston IV will be "INACTIVE" during the Tampa Bay Bucs versus Detroit Lions playoff game at Ford Field in the NFC Divisional Round.  The former Jackson State star told the media this week that he was "ready to get out there" to play in the game.
